Synthesis of a strategic management model for digital transformation of banking activities
In the context of the accelerating digital transformation of the banking sector, driven by shifting customer preferences, technological innovations, and sustainable development strategy, it is becoming necessary to build a strategic management model capable of ensuring systemic coordination at all levels of the financial architecture. The article proposes a synthesis of a strategic management model for the digital transformation of banking, based on the integration of four key strategic approaches: customer-centricity, operational efficiency, an innovation-oriented paradigm, and ecosystem integration. The necessity of establishing a multi-level hierarchical system of interaction between the Central Bank, commercial and regional credit institutions, and regional governing bodies is substantiated. An original conceptual model is presented, designed to institutionalize digital transformation within the banking system of the Russian Federation. The authors declare no conflicts of interests.
