Organizational-economical aspects of maintenanceneedy and low-income categories of citizens with habitation

In thegiven article there are organizational-economic aspects of maintenance by habitation of socially needy categories of citizens of the Russian Federation investigated; mechanisms of formation of funds of social habitation described. Issues about "Fund of Assistance to housing and communal services Reforming" and about "Low housing building of territories", as about mechanisms of solving problems of maintenance of the population by accessible habitation are considered.
