Actual problems of preparation and retraining ofpersonnel in housing and municipal sphere
In the article there are mentioned issues of vocational training and retraining of experts in housing and municipal sphere taking into account appearance of new organizational-economic concepts and tendencies in management of the real estate. The problem is formulated, and also steps that are being made for it solving are described.
