Problems of a comparison of the results of subjects activityin systems of emotional management (SEM)
In emotionalmanagement the organizational ensuring of basic emotions: interest, joy, astonishment etc - had agreat significance. During a certain period of the development of the Russian industry a competition,having a systematic management of process, fulfilled that function. This important element was acomparison of duties (Working and Production) of subjects and objects of enterprises. This article isdevoted to the basic directions of appreciation of the social-economic activity of enterprise's Personnel.
