Between the markets and hierarchies: agricultural cooperation as the hybridform of the organization
Modern researchesof the theory of the organization in the field of economics of hybrids create possibility to rethink thenature of co-operatives and their fundamental characteristics from the point of view of reduction transactionalcosts, sharing of specific investments assets and competitiveness. New forms of the cooperativeorganization of agribusiness, such as networks, macrohierarchies and clusters in the conditionsof technological and institutional modernizations of agrofood system are considered.
