The Influence of Migration on the Regional Innovational Development

The paper discusses the necessity of developing theeffective set of the innovation indices and criteria to be traced by systems for gathering the statistical,sociological and expert information. This set is supposed to retain its relevance in developing andintroducing the latest technologies and to account for the specific character of Russian regions. Fromthis viewpoint, of the greatest importance seems to be the index of the stable innovational developmentbased on the complex of indices of the stable social-economic development. This social subsystem ofthe index to be created is supposed to include the coefficient of the total migration growth. This necessitystems from the fact that the human migration enters into the number of prominent, global andstrengthening social processes of the present time. The migration contributes significantly to increasinglabour resources and strengthening the innovational potential for the dynamic economical developmentof a region.
