The features of forming and using of the intellectual capital in the conditionsof «new economy's» development
The featuresof change of the human factors role and forming of intellectual property in the conditions of «neweconomy»s development are considered. It is shown that with the appearance of intellectual propertythe role of the worker at labour-market and the role of informal institutes change, the network structureof economy is forming now and enterprises of new type appear. «The new economy» is presentedas general-system transformational stage of capitalism, based on «the economy of constructiveintellect».
