The conceptual and terminological special features of reengineering
There are examined the general questions, connected with the developmentof the innovation methodology of reengineering, functional financial management at the article.By the author are shown interrelation, difference in financial Engineering, reengineering, the roleof the scientific and technical progress in the improvement of financial relations is emphasized. Thepractical aspects of genesis are investigated based on the example of coal mining by undergroundmethod in the Kuzbass.
