Efficient system of motivation: expected result and possiblePitfalls
Attempts to correct mistakes of system stimulationprojecting aimed at solving revealed problems only compound the situation. To change situation drasticallyit essential that one redesigns the system of stimulation and its second implementation. Managersshould also bear in mind that redesigning of stimulation system is a pretty long process, sophisticatedand costly enough, strict abidance to applying methodic and imperative approbation in one of thedivisions. That is why getting down to it seems possible only after managers would understand thatthey perceive problems in the right way and that damage done by these problems to business is proportionedto forthcoming temporary, financial and labor expenses. So it is also essential that one choosesfor "pilot" implementation the systems of division and personnel group. Business success depends onthese systems.
