Actuality of fundamental socioeconomic researches(about Professor A.P. Bychkov's legasy)

The legacy of A.P. Bychkov is large anddiverse and it must he learnt and developed. Bychkov was the first in the national science who used abroadside socioeconomic approach to the analysis of phenomena and principles of economic life.He investigated the most important institutional changes in the world market economy as a resultof which the economy gets the characteristics of a social market systemIn the center of Bychkov's economic doctrines there is a theory of property relations. His merit isin the proving the following fact - in economic sense property relations exist when they are realized ina real economic life.Rejecting extreme viewpoints Bychkov thought that a shift to a market economy and capitalismwas conditioned by the sheer course of history and it was inevitable in our country. But it must becapitalism with a human face.Russia is falling behind developed countries its labour productivity is 4-5 times less than theirs.Bychkov supposed that to overcome this underrun it was necessary to invest budge funds and incomeof all branches into innovative development. He offered to create financial and social motivations ofinnovations on all stages of reproduction. The major concern of innovative development of the countrymust be a creator of all innovations - a human being.
