Institutional environment of Russian economy basing on the example ofcompanies innovative programs

With Russian economybeing at the stage of modernization and technological development, the issue of precise measurementof profit and fair separation of rent from expenses and normal profit (or economically sound)becomes of fundamental importance not only within the frames of tax policy of RF, withdrawal of renton a centralized basis into sovereign funds, but also within reconsidering of firms institutional role asa subject of generation and reproduction of factors (resources), forming trends of economic upturn.Programs of innovative development of companies as new tool with obvious restricted and distributionfunctions are directed at forming of new institutional environment in Russian economy firstly in thecontext of achievement of modernization objectives and technological development. These programsrequire active implementation and development.
