Emotional and Intellectual Management: Oppositionor Combination

This article has a confirmatory character. The attemptto examine the correlation between emotional and intellectual management and to clear up theirinfluence on labour effectiveness has been made in it. Social-economic aspect of study concerningthese directions in management allows to make a conclusion that intellectual management is consideredto be a strategic resource for the development of the organization and the society as a whole. Theintellect is a specific means of labour and the basis of management. For the emotional managementit is necessary to define the emotional environment of the organization and personnels emotions. Theeffectiveness of the organization activity suggests the optimization of intellect and emotions in its turn.
