Realization of emotional intelligence in labor activity

Article is devoted features of formation of emotional management. Today, the new paradigmof management - search and enhanced personal and cognitive characteristics of a person in employment.Intelligence is the basis of the labor potential of the employee. The intelligence is the formof the organization of intellectual experience of the person. It is expressed in labor activity in suchabilities as competence, the initiative, and creativity and self-organizing. Competence and the initiativeare to the greatest degree determined by an emotional condition of the person. This direct display ofreaction to changing influence - experience and a reflection of the importance of an event. The emotionalintelligence in labor activity is realized both at level of the person, and at organization level.
