Assessment of taxable capacity of regions of the Siberian federal district

Investigation of taxable capacity and determinationof its size is a relatively new scientific field in the modern Russia, and only one way to evaluate itof all methods for determine the taxable capacity is approved in accord with standard. This method isused for the purposes of determining the amount of funds allocated to the regions of the Fund's offinancial support of the region. The definition of the taxable potential of the region in this document -is just one part in the calculation of subsidies to regions.
