Formation of system of effective employment as the major element of social policy
This article analyzes thetransformation processes taking place in the employment system, in particular the establishment ofinnovative employment in the Russian economy, consider the problem of imbalance of supply anddemand in the labor market. Changing employment patterns will inevitably lead to changes in contentand organization of training the workforce. For the impact of these changes are proposed and justifiedthe need for a system of interaction between social policy, development of educational services andeffective employment.
