Customs Union of Russia, Byelorussia and Kazakhstan: content, problems and prospects
The article reveals the necessity and theobjective principles of strengthening integration processes in the former Soviet Union. As a reflectionof these processes, the role of the Customs Union of Russia, Byelorussia and Kazakhstan is investigated.The author shows a nature and a meaning of Customs Union formation for the economy of threecountries. The main aspect of the article is a characterization of development stages in integrationcooperation, of improving its legal framework directions and the description of the problems, whichsprung up on this way.
