In article methodical approaches to formation, replenishment are presented rational distributionof strategic financial accumulation of corporation at the expense of own sources of financing. Onthe basis of the effective amortization policy and a share of pure profit of affiliated societies it is offeredto form the centralized investment fund of a parent society, at preservation of financial stabilityand solvency of each society as a part of group, and also maintenance of the set rates of increase of thecapital of business group as a whole.
