Human capital as the main factor innovative development
The development of science, the formation of information societyto the forefront as a component of a complex of intensive development factor - human capital - advancedknowledge, education, health, quality of life and leading experts themselves, determinethe creativity and innovativeness of national economies. The authors of the theoretical researchof existing knowledge on human capital and provides justification of its impact on the innovative developmentof society.
