Primary approaches to the increase of customer-orientationin the activity of state employment service at the local labor markets
The key vector of changes at the present stage of development of thestate employment service is customer orientation and maximum efficiency of activity. At the sametime on the regional level these issues are not worked out and demand additional understanding. Thedevelopment of technology of effective mediation on the base of value chain of a customer and itsimplementation in the work of the Altay region state employment service is the first experience ofintegrated customer-oriented approach in the issues of employment.
