Motivational aspects of leadership: concepts and regularity
Article is devoted the factors influencing level of wages of workers and their estimationby a labour market. The structure of the specified factors is revealed. Their contribution to wagessize is defined with use regression analysis. The importance of parameter internal interaction of thepersonnel of the company in the organization of its activityis considered, the quantitative estimationof size of the rent investment income in structure of a salary of administration of the companies isconsidered.
