Achieving a balance of financial flows of the Russian Federation SocialInsurance Fund at the present stage
Current status of theRussian Federation Social Insurance Fund is characterized by a lack of balance in government obligationsand financial resources allocated for their coverage. In order to ensure a Social Insurance Fund financialflows balance in reforming the system of insurance payments analysis of current Fund legislation and practices,systematized its shortcomings and proposes directions to increase incomes and ways to reduce costs.Represented by an appropriate adjustment to the current legislation.
