Transforming Methods of training Master Studentsin Management in the context of modern scientific and educational paradigm of highereducation
The paper considers theissue of bridging the gap between professional education and professional work through the change intraining methods and a paradigm shift in teaching. Presented are the main directions in the transformationof training Master Students in Management. The process of transformation of teaching methods tobe implemented in educational process is based on the concept of transformational learning, focusedon the personality student development in the conditions of new social challenges. Particular attentionis paid to the role of interactive teaching methods.
