Practical aspects of development of leadership in the organization
In article necessity of revealing and development of qualities of the leaderin employees is analyzed. Development of attributes of the leader should become an integral part oftechnologies of development of the personnel of the modern organization. It is offered to considerleadership as the precondition of formation of the harmonious realized organizational culture. Directionsof formation and realization of potential of the leader are defined. It is necessary within the limitsof achievement of the put strategic targets of the organization.
