Client business model of retail banking: CRM and more
Client approaches considered in the retail banking business, to distinguish between CRM and customer business model, presented their practical interpretation. The paper presents the differences between the client business model of transactional approaches, including key aspects of sales, as well as processes for the management and delegation of authority. An example of one of the Russian banks are the major "bottlenecks" in the shift from traditional product models kleintoorientirovanny business.
