BRICS countries innovation systems: the interaction of government and national corporations
Authors study the buildup of BRICS countries innovation systems. The special attention is paid to a government role in innovative activities that are shown not only in development of the relevant institutional and economic infrastructure, in the organization of national innovative system, but also in direct participation in innovative processes along with other actors. The innovative behavior results of BRICS countries corporations and government based on statistical data are analyzed.
