National currency system as a basis of modernize the Russian economy

The article is dedicated to research of currency regulations and conditions sustainable development of the national currency system of Russia on the base of correlation analyze of the dynamics of the exchange rate and indicators of internal and external equilibrium, theoretically capable to interact with the exchange rate. The study is conducted for a national monetary system of Russia, since the 90th years of the twentieth century until present when the liberalization of currency regulation increases in the national monetary system. The purposes of the study are problems that may arise in connection with these changes and to determine the readiness of the monetary system of the Russian Federation to the currency liberalization from the point of view of availability of terms of sustainable development of currency system.
