Features of introduction and development of institute of Regulatory Impact Assessment at regional level
In article need of development of institute of an assessment of regulating influence at regional level of public administration is analyzed. Features of the international practice of introduction of this institute in an assessment of efficiency of state regulation are considered by public processes and recommendations about its introduction and improvement in domestic practice are made.
