A Mechanism of industrial corporation skilled labor quality evaluation

This article presents the method of evaluating the quality of industrial corporation skilled labor. Justification the main activities of the corporate quality management skills and corporate human resource center feasibility of industrial corporation. Four groups of factors are workers in terms of their satisfaction and importance, as well as their overall characteristics according to the degree of positivity quality component of skilled labor for the workers of OJSC KAMAZ.
