Optimization of the parametrs of IRT-T reactor neutron fields when creating a facility for radiatoin testing of electronic products

The radiation testing facility was created on the IRT-T nuclear reactor based on one of the experimental channel. The calculation results of experimental channels neutron spectrum modified by cadmium filter in MCU-PTR code are given. It has been given that neutron-physical characteristics of the modified IRT-T reactors neutron spectrum correspond to the characteristics of the pulse nuclear reactor BARS-4.
