The editorial board accepts for consideration articles in Russian that correspond to the scientific profile of the journal, have not been published anywhere before and have not been submitted to other journals.

Uploading articles is carried out only through the SITE of the journal from the account of the FIRST author. Articles sent by e-mail will not be considered.

Materials submitted to the editorial office should be presented as a set of the following files, named after the name of the FIRST author:

1. ARTICLE in WORD format (*.doc, *.docx), named after the name of the FIRST author: Ivanov_article.doc

2. ARTICLE in PDF format: Ivanov_article.pdf

SCANS of paper documents (in *.jpg or *.pdf format):

3. REFERENCE FROM THE ORGANIZATION (on the letterhead of the organization): Ivanov_direction.jpg.

4. EXPERT CONCLUSION on the possibility of open publication (on the letterhead of the organization): Ivanov_expert.jpg

5. CONSENT TO PUBLICATION (signed separately by EACH AUTHOR and certified by the organization where he works or studies): Ivanov_consent.jpg, Petrov_consent.jpg, etc.

All materials are simultaneously and completely uploaded on the journal's website when submitting an article. Automatic notifications about changes in the status of the article (review result, approximate publication dates, etc.) will be sent to the e-mail address specified during registration.

After revision, the corrected article must be uploaded in WORD and PDF formats and added to the file name _fix#: Ivanov_article_fix1 (...fix2, etc.)

In case of non-compliance with any requirements, the editors reserve the right not to consider such articles.

After the publication of the article, it is no longer possible to make corrections to the electronic databases.

It is necessary to carefully check the full names of the AUTHORS, AFFILIATIONS and FINANCIAL SUPPORT in Russian and English!
