Franck-Condon factors for forbidden transitions in N2 and N2+ molecules

The calculation of the Franck-Condon factors previously absent in the literature for forbidden transitions associated with the first negative and second positive systems is carried out on the basis of the Morse potential. For allowed transitions, it is shown that the Morse potential makes it possible to accurately calculate the values of the factors depending on the value of the vibrational constants. With an increase in the vibrational number, there is a deviation from the values of the factors determined on the basis of a more accurate Rydberg-Klein-Ries potential.
