Dielectric and thermal properties of composites based on diisopropylammonium iodide and copper microparticles
This paper presents the results of a study of composite materials based on the organic ferroelectric diisopropylammonium iodide with copper particles 1 μm in diameter at a volume concentration of 2%. An analysis of the temperature dependences of the permittivity and differential thermal analysis signal in the range of 300-400 K is carried out. It is found that the introduction of copper particles changes the sequence of phase transitions, increasing the Curie temperature of diisopropylammonium iodide.
