Structural-phase state of heat-resistant alloy of high hardness is formed by plasma welding in the environment of nitrogen and high temperature tempering
The structural-phase state of 30KhGSA steel, deposited with heat-resistant metal of high hardness such as R18 steel alloyed with aluminum and nitrogen, by X-ray diffractometry in the state after plasma surfacing in a nitrogen atmosphere and high-temperature tempering was studied. It is established that in the deposited metal the main phases are solid solution α-Fe and carbonitrides based on iron, tungsten, chromium, molybdenum, aluminum (Fe6W6NС and AlN). High-temperature treatment (tempering) of the deposited metal leads to an increase in the lattice parameter (from 2.866 Å to 2.89 Å) and the size of coherent scatter blocks (from 25 to 100 nm), a decrease in internal elastic stresses (from 1000 to 600 MPa).
