Electroplasma installation for gasification of organic wastes with obtaining fuel gas
A plasma electrical installation for the gasification of various organic wastes has been created. Its constituent parts are: hydraulic supply of packaged waste into the reaction zone; gas burner thermal capacity of 42 kW; electric arc plasma torch with a power of 50 kW; ash bottom melting chamber. In the test mode of the electric furnace, it was shown that plasma gasification of organic materials produces synthesis gas suitable for the needs of heat and power engineering. The results of thermodynamic calculations are in satisfactory agreement with the experimental data obtained.
