Experimental study of the dynamics of the process of laser fragmentation of nitrobenzene vapors

The paper presents the results of an experimental study of the dynamics of the process of laser fragmentation of nitrobenzene molecules. It has been shown that when the two laser pulses interacting with the molecules of nitrocompound and their decay products (NO-fragments) are separated in time, it is possible to increase the sensitivity of the method of laser fragmentation/laser-induced fluorescence by approximately an order of magnitude at an optimal time delay between pulses.
