Spin effects at the photon emission by “two-dimensional” hydrogen-like atom

It is shown that the result of calculation of probability of one-photon emission by "two-dimensional" hydrogen-like atom can depend on the choice of the spin operator. At the same time, if to choose it as the operator of design the back "on the plane of the movement", then result, as well as has to be, will be coordinated with the classical theory of emission by "three-dimensional" atom that was shown by the author (including in one of the previous works). At its choice as operator of design "on a perpendicular to the plane of the movement" coincidence to the classical theory is absent. It calls into question results of one of the works of other authors given in the list of references.
