Development of a model of portable scintillation detector of gamma radiation based onmpcc (sipm)

The possibility of developing a portable gamma radiation detector with a sensitive element based on a solid-state photodetector-scintillator bundle. Investigations of the characteristics and the possibility of using silicon photodiodes as photodetectors for scintillation detectors in various applied problems of detecting gamma radiation is presented.
