Edge luminescence of diamonds at temperatures from 80 to 800 K
The paper studies the temperature decay of the edge luminescence of diamonds synthesized by the temperature gradient method in the temperature range from 80 to 800 K. It is shown that, depending on the quality of the manifestation spectrum, the temperature dependence of the exciton peak at 235 nm changes.
