3D-Interaction of the electrically conductive throwing body with a magnetic barrier of the measuring frame of an intrabarrel speed sensor
The methods of mathematical modeling investigated the effect of distortion of the magnetic field of the induction frame for the magnitude and shape of its signal. The electrically conductive body is assumed to be non-magnetic, and its acceleration in the channel is carried out either in the free throwing mode or in the pallet from non-electro-wire material. The results of calculations of 3D-distribution of the magnetic field in the measuring gap of the frame under different positions of the body of the body are presented. Magnetic gap resistance, values and shapes generated signal frames are calculated. The influence of the shape and size of the molded bodies on the magnitude and form of the electrical signals of the sensor is shown.
