The effect of components on the relaxation properties of organoplastics
The aim of the study is to study the influence of the nature and structure of multicomponent polymer matrices, fibrous and layered reinforcing elements, their interaction on the relaxation properties of new metal polymer composites - alors. The studies were carried out by structurally sensitive relaxation spectrometry methods: dynamic mechanical analysis based on bending resonant and torsional vibrations. A significant influence of both the nature of the components and their interaction on the properties of composites has been established. The characteristics of the interfacial layers are qualitatively determined. A comparative analysis of the relaxation properties of organoplastics, aluminum plates and organoplastics - alors based on organic fibers of CBM and Armos is carried out. It has been found that in layered composites of metal organoplastics, metal plates reduce the anisotropy of relaxation properties, tighten the polymer matrix and shift the relaxation of the polymer matrix α1 towards high temperatures, and the relaxation of organic fibers α2 to low temperatures.
