Determination of concentration of volatile molecular markers of water bodies eutrophication using terahertz spectroscopy and machine learning methods
In the paper, the concentration evaluation for the molecules-markers of eutrophication process of water bodies (CO2, H2S, CH4, N2O and PH3) using Soft Independent Modeling of Class Analogy (SIMCA) algorithm is presented. The object of the research is terahertz spectra of multicomponent gas mixtures based on atmospheric air which were generated in the frequency band 0.667-36.692 cm-1 with the spectral resolution of 0.01 cm-1. The efficiency of SIMCA algorithm in relation to the task of concentration evaluation of molecule-markers of eutrophication process is shown.
