Application of powder compositions from nano- and microparticles of aluminum oxide for additive molding of complex-shaped parts by extrusion method

A thermoplastic composite based on nano- and microparticles of aluminum oxide has been developed for use in extrusion additive molding technology. The effect of the amount of aluminum oxide nanoparticles on the rheological properties of the composites and on the strength properties of sintered ceramic parts produced by extrusion additive molding has been studied.
