Experimental study of irrigation density at liquid coolant discharging from a UAV
This paper presents a method and results of an experimental study of the irrigation density depending on the surface tension coefficient of the liquid coolant and the height of its discharge from a model discharge device installed on the board of a UAV. The spatial distributions of the irrigation density and the values of the effective radius of the irrigation zone have been obtained by varying discharge height in the range of H = 10-14 m and the liquid surface tension coefficient in the range of σ = 71.2-31.0 mN/m.
