Publishing Charles Perrault’s fairy tales for children with visual impairments
The article discusses charitable publishing projects for visually impaired children. The types of publications of fairy tales (a book-game, a book-chest, a book-theater, a book with voice acting) that make up for the lack of such publications in the book market are considered. The specificity of their production, the degree of correspondence to the original text, the completeness of the subject representation of the fairy tale content in illustrations are noted. The importance of technical means of increasing the culture of perception and the prospects for improving the technology of delivering information through artificial intelligence, which expands cognitive boundaries, is emphasized. The authors declare no conflicts of interests.
