Guide for Authors

Authors are to attach THREE files:

1. The full text of the manuscript with an abstract and key words in English.

2. Information about the Author.

3. Consent-to-Publish Form.

Authors are to give their written consent on processing, editing, publication, and quoting of their papers. You can find the details and the Consent to Publish Form template in English here consent-to-publish-form.doc

Please, label the attached files by your last name and a corresponding description (e.g., yourname_article.doc, yourname_info.doc, yourname_letter.doc) and place it into the folder with your name archived in WinZip or WinRar.

The Journal only employs an electronic submission system. By accessing the online submission system Submit Your Manuscript, authors will be guided step-by-step through the creation and uploading of the various manuscript files. 

The Journal does not accept manuscripts sent via e-mail.

Once a manuscript has successfully been submitted via the online submission system, corresponding authors will be notified about the status change by automatic e-mail messages. 

The Editorial Board reserves the right to reject manuscripts that do not meet the above-mentioned requirements.
