Features of work and man's role in modern society
The author, based on analysis of the key theories of modern social development designated featuresand the role of labor rights. Given the rationale that the work in the context of the paradigm ofmodern society acquires a special character, since it is the economic nature of not only material butalso spiritual form of social wealth, in the structure of which is increasing the importance of the personalcomponent. Therefore, the priorities of social consciousness shift toward recognition of the supremevalue of the individual and the need to find adequate ways to implement it.
