Influence of the temperature rise on electrical resistance YBCO
Measurements of electrical resistance of YBa2Cu3Oy was carried in the temperature range 77-1000 K. Based on the analysis of X-ray characteristic energy dispersive spectra, a microanalysis of the elemental quantitative components of the sample before and annealing in vacuum was carried out. Interconnection between phase-structural transformations and electrical properties was established.
